It's a large file and may take a moment to fully load. We suggest you turn your volume up a bit, so you won't miss any of the fun. Don't be concerned if the sound isn't in perfect synch with the video - that just happens sometimes when playing a large audio/video file. It won't prohibit you from seeing and hearing Santa's wit, singing voice, and the charming remarks of people he's visiting!
